Merchandise Return / Exchange Policy & Procedure

Please read this Merchandise Return / Exchange Policy & Procedure carefully before making any purchase from http://www.poolfits.com website (the “Site”) operated by Pool Fits Liners & Covers Corp. (“Pool Fits”), its affiliates, and/or subsidiaries (together with Pool Fits, “us”, “we”, or “our”).  This Policy & Procedure, at the sole discretion of Pool Fits, may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Installation Supplies & Parts

Pool Fits accepts Returns and/or Exchanges of Standard Stock Installation Supplies & Parts within 30 days of purchase of all products that are unopened, unused, clean and in ‘resaleable’ condition.

Returns do not include free shipping and freight rates are determined by the freight carrier. 

If an order is cancelled while in transit it is considered a return and the return freight costs will be deducted from any refund subject to all the requirements of the Site’s Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy.

Installation Supplies & Parts returned unopened, unused, clean and in ‘resaleable’ condition are not subject to a Restocking Charge.   

Standard Stock Liners & Covers

Pool Fits accepts Returns and/or Exchanges of Standard Stock Liners & Covers within 30 days of purchase of all products that are unopened, unused, clean and in ‘resaleable’ condition.

Standard Stock Liners & Covers returned unopened, unused, clean and in ‘resaleable’ condition are subject to a Restocking Charge of 15% which will be deducted from any refund subject to all the requirements of the Site’s Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy.    

Custom Order Liners & Covers

Pool Fits does not accept Returns and/or Exchanges of Custom Order Liners & Covers. All sales of Custom Order products are full and final sale upon receipt of payment and acceptance of order.

Close-Out & End-of-Run Liners & Covers

Pool Fits does not accept Returns and/or Exchanges of any Close-Out & End-of-Run Liners & Covers. All sales of Close-Out & End-of-Run Liners & Covers are full and final sale upon receipt of payment and acceptance of order.

Return / Exchange Procedure

We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #) from our Customer Service Department prior to returning your item.

  • Some items may be returned / shipped to the Site’s vendor.
  • Specific ‘ship to’ instructions will be emailed to you with an RGA #.
  • Without this number we or our vendor will not accept your package and it will be returned to you.
  • The item must be clean and in resalable condition.
  • Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to the return.
  • Restocking Charges may apply
