(“Pool Fits”), its affiliates, and/or subsidiaries (together with Pool Fits, “us”, “we”, or “our”).  The Fulfillment of Orders and Freight Delivery Service is not directly controlled by the Site, therefore while the Site provides this Service Charter as representative of typical order fulfilment times.  The Site makes no warrant or representation that all orders or your order will be fulfilled within this charter and therefore this charter does not serve as a guarantee in any manner shape of form.  The Service Charter is presented to provide you, the client, with a guide and reference only.  Pool Fits recommends that you check with us to validate the anticipated delivery of your order and product(s).  In no event shall Pool Fits be held liable for any indirect, special, consequential or contingent damages, such as loss of use, profits or business opportunities and in no event or instance shall Pool Fits liability exceed the purchase price of the product should the actual fulfilment of your order exceed this Service Charter.  This Service Charter, at the sole discretion of Pool Fits, may be changed at any time without prior notice.
