Ultimate Onground and Semi-Inground Swimming Pools were introduced to the market in the 1990’s.  The Ultimate Pool features a 52″ High Powder Coated Steel Wall and Buttress System and is avaiable in various Sizes and Shapes including Round, Oval and Grecian.  Ultimate Pools can incorporate a Pre-formed Thermoplastic Pool Step which requires a modifed liner specification for the best fit.

Foxx Pool Corporation Corporation of York, PA introduced and manufactured the Ultimate Pool in the late 1990’s and manufactured the Ultimate Pool unitl 2018 when Cardinal Pool Systems purchased Foxx.  Cardinal continues to manufacture the Ultimate Pool bringing it to market as part of the Foxx Pool Brand.

How Thick is My Liner? Don't be Fooled...

If the term ‘gauge’ is being used, then you don’t know the thickness of the material used to manufacture your liner.  Pool Fits tells you the ‘mil’ thickness used to manufacture your liner, because a ‘mil’ is 1/1000 of an inch, so you know exaclty what your are buying.  Don’t be fooled by the term ‘gauge’, and ask the right questions:

What is the ‘mil’ thickness of the materail used to manufacture the liner?

Is the same ‘mil’ thickness material used on the wall and the floor of the liner or are those two different ‘mil’ thicknesses?
